Zurek - Sour White Borscht

Ingredients
• 2 carrots diced
• 4 potatoes diced
• 2 celery stacks
• 1 whole onion
• 2 tbs oil
• 1 jar Tymek’s white borscht base soup
• ½ lb diced smoked sausage
• ¼ lb smoked bacon diced
• 6 bay leaves
• 8 allspice
• 1 tbs sugar
• 6 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions

In a large pot, put oil and diced meats until nicely browned, pour 2L of water over it, add vegetables and spices cook until all vegetables are soft. At the end stir the content of the Tymek’s white borscht into the soup and cook till boils.

Serve with hard boiled eggs and cooked white polish sausage.
