Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
• 4 tbs Tymek’s horseradish
• 3 hardboiled eggs
• 3 tbs sour cream
• 3 tbs mayonnaise
• Salt and white pepper
• ¼ tsp sugar
Instructions
1. Chop eggs into cubes and add rest of the ingredients.
2. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days. Enjoy with roasted meats or cold cuts.

Additional Suggestions
• Use as dip with vegetables and chips
• Perfect accompaniment to steak, venison, and fish like mackerel, tuna, and smoked trout.
